  1. Packaging & Dispatch

    • All coins are packed securely to prevent damage.

    • Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

    • You will receive a tracking number once your package has been dispatched.

  2. Delivery Timeline

    • Domestic shipping usually takes 5–7 business days.

    • International shipping may take 10–21 days depending on location and customs.

  3. Shipping Responsibility

    • We are not responsible for delays due to courier service or customs.

    • If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing, please contact the courier. We’ll assist where possible.

  4. Shipping Address

    • Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect address

  1. Eligibility for Refund

    • Refunds are only processed for:

      • Damaged coins (with valid unboxing video proof)

      • Wrong item delivered (with valid unboxing video proof)

      • Missing items (video proof required)

  2. Unboxing Video Requirement

    • A continuous unboxing video is mandatory for refund or replacement claims.

    • The video must show:

      • The sealed package with shipping label

      • The entire unboxing process without cuts/edits

      • Clear evidence of the claimed issue

    • Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

  3. Refund Process

    • Refunds are initiated once the returned product (if required) is received and inspected.

    • Processing time: 5–7 business days.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

🔁 Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Cancellation Policy

    • Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.

    • After 2 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted as the order enters processing.

  2. Return Policy

    • Returns are only accepted for:

      • Wrong items

      • Damaged items (must include video proof)

    • Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Items must be unused and returned in original condition.

  3. Exchange Policy

    • Exchanges are not available due to the collectible and limited nature of our items.

    • In case of a wrong item sent, a replacement (if available) will be provided.
