At CZ Mint Shop, we take great care in packaging and dispatching your collectible items to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping Method: We use reliable shipping partners like India Post or DTDC to deliver your orders, with tracking information provided once the item is shipped.

  • Shipping Locations: Currently, we only do domestic shipping.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are fixed at 60 INR per order. However, this cost will be exempted for certain orders.

Refund Policy

We take pride in offering high-quality collectible items. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at coolzeromint@gmail.com or Website within 7 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only applicable for items that are damaged in transit or if the wrong item is sent.

  • Refund Process: Please email us with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue. We will assess the case and respond within 5 business days.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Items returned without prior communication, items damaged due to misuse, or any item that has been removed from its original packaging will not be eligible for refunds.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

  • Order Cancellations: Cancellations are only accepted if the request is made before the item has been shipped. Once the item is dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.

  • Returns: Due to the nature of collectible items, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you received the wrong item, we will provide a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a refund.
