At Sunita Coin Store, we offer secure, reliable shipping for all orders. Orders are processed within 2-5 business days, and delivery times may vary based on the location and shipping method selected. You’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s journey. Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 5 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition, along with all documentation. Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item, minus shipping costs.  

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

  • Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, cancellations are not accepted as processing begins immediately.
  • Return & Exchange: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange, as certain restrictions may apply.
