Shipping & Delivery: We ship nationwide, and all orders will be delivered within 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch.
Shipping Method: We use reliable courier services with tracking options to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
Delays: While we strive to deliver within the expected timeframe, unforeseen delays may occur due to external factors such as courier disruptions or holidays
Refund Policy
At The Numismatic Nook, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of collectible items, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
Eligibility: Refunds are only accepted for items that are damaged during transit or incorrectly delivered.
Timeframe: To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Non-Refundable: We do not accept refunds for:
• Buyer’s remorse
• Minor wear or age-related markings on vintage items
• Delays caused by the ship

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided it has not yet been shipped.
Once an item has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order number.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges due to the unique and limited nature of our products.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will do our best to offer a suitable replacement (if available), or process a refund as per our refund policy.
