Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy • No Return or Exchange for change of mind, personal preference, pricing fluctuations, collector expectations, or compatibility issues. • Each antique or collectible item is sold in its current condition as shown in the product images and description. • Minor signs of age, wear, patina, discoloration, or manufacturing variations are considered part of the item's antique character and are not defects. • Returns or replacements will only be considered if the customer receives a completely different item from what was ordered or if the item is significantly damaged during transit. • Any claim for transit damage or incorrect item delivery must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video. • Refunds, if approved, will be processed only after verification of the claim. • The seller reserves the right to accept or reject any claim after inspection and verification.
