Overview

Issued by the National Bank of Cambodia, this 100 Riels banknote was introduced in 2014. The obverse features a portrait of young King Norodom Sihanouk during his period as a novice monk, accompanied by a seated Buddha statue and a multi-headed Naga serpent sculpture. The reverse depicts the Silver Pagoda (Wat Preah Keo Morakot) within the Royal Palace grounds in Phnom Penh. Preserved in pristine Uncirculated (UNC) condition.
