The relief picture of the State Emblem of the Republic of Abkhazia, under it – the inscription in Abkhaz and Denomination above

The main focus of the image are the hats of the Dioscuri brothers, who are mythical figures that participated in the campaign of the Argonauts for the Golden Fleece. Above the hats, there are six-pointed stars, known as “Pontic stars”. The image of the coin is surrounded by a dotted ornamental pattern.
