5000 Malagasy Ariary note from Madagascar, part of the “Madagascar Action Plan” commemorative series.

The obverse features traditional fishermen’s boats, while the reverse shows the Bay of Fort-Dauphin.

It measures 150 x 75 mm and was printed with a holographic security band on the right side.

While an official Central Bank issue, this note was demonetized on December 31, 2020, and currently holds no monetary value for exchange.
