Overview

A collection of 20 genuine pre-owned coins from 20 different countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania and North America – one coin from each country. This is not a random lot: you will receive exactly the 20 coins shown in the photos.

The 20 Coins You Will Receive

• Australia – 5 Cents, 2000: Short-beaked echidna on one side and Queen Elizabeth II on the other. Copper-nickel, 19.4 mm.
• Belgium – 5 Francs, 1986: Portrait of King Baudouin I with the French legend BELGIQUE. Aluminium-bronze, 24 mm.
• Canada – 5 Cents, 2022: The Canadian beaver on a log, with Queen Elizabeth II on the other side. Nickel-plated steel, 21.2 mm.
• Egypt – 10 Milliemes, 1960 (AH 1380): Eagle of Saladin from the United Arab Republic period. Aluminium-bronze, 23 mm.
• France – 20 Centimes, 1962: Marianne by Henri Lagriffoul on one side, olive branch and wheat on the value side. 23.5 mm.
• Germany – 10 Pfennig, 1981: Oak sprig on one side, the value between ears of wheat on the other. Brass-plated steel, 21.5 mm.
• Italy – 50 Lire, 1966: Vulcan at his anvil on one side, the head of Italia on the other. Stainless steel, 24.8 mm.
• Japan – 1 Yen, Showa 56 (1981): Young tree sprig on one side and the numeral 1 on the other. Lightweight aluminium, 20 mm.
• Jordan – 2½ Piastres, 1995: Portrait of King Hussein, with the value in English and Arabic. Stainless steel, 22 mm.
• Kyrgyzstan – 1 Som, 2008: State emblem on one side and a traditional kokor flask beside the value on the other. Nickel-plated steel, 19 mm.
• Morocco – 50 Santimat, 1974 (AH 1394): King Hassan II on one side and the royal coat of arms on the other. Copper-nickel, 21 mm.
• Poland – 5 Groszy, 2023: The crowned white eagle, Poland’s national emblem, on one side and the value on the other. 19.5 mm.
• Romania – 50 Bani, 2016: The value 50 BANI on one side and the national coat of arms ringed by stars on the other. Nickel-brass, 23.75 mm.
• South Korea – 100 Won, 2017: Admiral Yi Sun-sin, the national hero, on one side and the value on the other. Copper-nickel, 24 mm.
• Spain – 5 Pesetas, 1990: Modern abstract design from the Juan Carlos I era, the small-size 5 Pesetas introduced in 1990. 17.5 mm.
• Taiwan – 1 Dollar, Year 106 (2017): Portrait of Chiang Kai-shek on one side and the value in Chinese characters on the other. Aluminium-nickel bronze, 20 mm.
• Thailand – 1 Baht, King Rama X issue: Portrait of King Rama X on one side and the royal emblem beside the value on the other. Nickel-plated steel, 20 mm.
• Turkey – 10 Kuruş, 2010: Portrait of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk on one side and the value on the other. Nickel-brass, 18.5 mm.
• United Kingdom – 10 Pence, 2011: Queen Elizabeth II on one side and part of the Royal Shield on the other. 24.5 mm.
• USA – 5 Cents (Jefferson Nickel), 2023 D: Thomas Jefferson on one side and his home Monticello on the other, with the D (Denver) mint mark. Copper-nickel, 21.21 mm.
